Natrapest is a plant-based product made mostly with water, cedarwood, peppermint and clove essential oils (28% total). It also contains a few other ingredients like sodium lauryl sulfate (derived from the kernels from palm tree fruit), Polyglyceryl Oleate (another plant-derived ingredient) and soap.

For best results, follow these label instructions.

FOR TREATMENT OF ACTIVE PROBLEMS. Apply Natrapest Yard Spray twice within 7-10 days to your outdoor areas to eliminate existing pests. Start at your house and continue onto the lawn, working your way back to the property line. Walk at a steady pace using a sweeping motion, slightly overlapping treated areas. Complete coverage is important, especially in shaded areas. Once control is established, the less frequently you’ll need to apply.

FOR PREVENTION AND MAINTENANCE. For ongoing control, apply every 30-45 days, or as needed. Higher concentrations and year-round use may enhance results.

One 32 oz bottle of Natrapest covers approximately 2,000 - 3,000 square feet, depending on how heavy the product is applied.

Avoid spraying product directly into the water – abrupt changes in water can affect fish and other aquatic life.

We chose three essential oils that are known for their effectiveness against unwanted insects. Several studies show that cedar, clove, and peppermint oil work to eliminate the unwanted bugs. Learn more on our How it Works page.
